Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that there can be no talk of negotiations with Vladimir Zelensky.
“There can be no talk of negotiations with Zelensky, if only for the reason that he has legally prohibited negotiations with the Russian government,” he said during a press conference. This information is provided by RIA Novosti.
