Hague Court to Hold Hearings Between Armenia and Azerbaijan
On January 30-31, the International Court of Justice (Hague Court) will hold hearings on provisional measures in the case between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This information is noted in a press release published by the court.
According to documents, the hearings regarding the provisional measures requested by Armenia will take place on January 30, while the hearings concerning Azerbaijan's request are scheduled for January 31.
It is important to recall that earlier, both parties approached the court, requesting the application of additional provisional measures during the proceedings.
Armenia demands that the Azerbaijani side be obligated to open the Lachin Corridor and ensure the free movement of people, vehicles, and cargo in both directions.
In turn, Baku requests that Yerevan cease activities related to mine-laying in Nagorno-Karabakh and provide information about the locations, quantities, types, and characteristics of the mines and other explosive devices.
