Restrictions on Citizens' Accounts Will Be Lifted Within 1-2 Days After Payment: DAHK
Based on payments made by citizens in banks, the automatic termination of enforcement proceedings and the lifting of restrictions will be ensured as soon as possible. This information is provided by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
It is noted that instead of the previous 7 days or more, now only 1-2 days will be required.
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Ministry of Justice and the Central Bank regarding the program aimed at lifting restrictions imposed by the Service for Mandatory Enforcement as a result of payments made by citizens in commercial banks.
It is planned to introduce a new electronic toolkit. “As a result, the identification of payments made by citizens in commercial banks and payment organizations will be ensured in a maximum period in relation to specific enforcement proceedings,” the statement said.
Under the memorandum of understanding, the Ministry of Justice, represented by the Service for Mandatory Enforcement, has undertaken to develop the mentioned software and provide it to the Central Bank, while the Central Bank is prepared to transfer this software system to commercial banks and payment organizations.
