I Am Happy to Be Under Russian Sanctions, Says UK Foreign Secretary
The UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly has expressed his approval of being under sanctions imposed by the Russian government. The official announced this on his Twitter account.
“I have been sanctioned by the Russian government. That's good. If this is the price for supporting Ukrainian freedom, then I am happy to be under sanctions,” he stated.
Recently, the Russian Foreign Ministry included UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Chief of the General Staff Patrick Sanders in its list of sanctions, as reported by spokesperson Maria Zakharova on the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
