Azerbaijan Relies on Concessions in Its Favor by Exploiting the Blockade of Artsakh, Says Iraqi Professor

Iraqi professor Javad al-Badeni has published an article titled "The Genocide of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh," addressing the blockade of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan.

He notes that Azerbaijan is attempting to achieve demographic changes in Nagorno-Karabakh, and the recent statements by its leader are nothing less than proof of a secret agenda to carry out a new genocide against Armenians.

Al-Badeni emphasizes that Azerbaijan is trying to take advantage of international events and, by using this blockade, relies on concessions in its favor. The blockade will lead to humanitarian, food, and medical crises in this cold climate region. In turn, this will encourage the Armenian population to permanently emigrate from the area, thereby initiating the demographic changes Azerbaijan seeks.
