Red Cross Transfers 4 Patients from Artsakh to Armenia
Due to the blockade of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by Azerbaijan, four patients diagnosed with "Left-sided hydronephrosis," "Pregnancy I, 13 weeks, high risk of chromosomal trisomy for Down syndrome, hypothyroidism," "Multicentric breast cancer on the right side," and "Retinopathy of prematurity IV-V degree, iris rubyosis, corneal opacity, leukocoria, aphakia" have been transferred today to various specialized medical centers in Armenia under the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
To date, a total of 28 patients have been transferred from Artsakh to Armenia with the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
