This Is the Only Way: Ruben Vardanyan Makes a Statement

The State Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, wrote on his Twitter microblog: “We will not abandon our homeland, no matter how difficult the situation may be. Every day we make a hard but necessary choice to stay and protect our land. This is the only way we can prevent the process of losing Artsakh and ensure the preservation of the Armenian world.”

It is noteworthy that Azerbaijani 'environmentalists' have been blocking the Lachin Corridor since December 12. The closure of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia has created a humanitarian crisis in the Republic of Artsakh. According to the peacekeeping forces' command, the Russian side is negotiating with Azerbaijani representatives to restore the uninterrupted movement of civilian transport.
