As a reminder, Azerbaijani "environmentalists" have blocked the Lachin corridor since December 12. The closure of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia has led to a humanitarian crisis in the Republic of Artsakh. According to the peacekeeping forces' command, the Russian side is negotiating with Azerbaijani representatives to restore the uninterrupted movement of civilian transport.
