David Babayan Relieved of Duty: Changes in Artsakh
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed decrees and approved a government decision. According to the Artsakh Information Headquarters, by the decrees, David Babayan has been relieved of his duties as the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
Sergey Ghazaryan has been appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, having been dismissed from his position as the permanent representative of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia.
Srbuhi Arzumanyan has been relieved of her post as the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration and has been appointed as the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh.
Aram Sargsyan has been appointed as the Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh.
Armen Mangasaryan has been appointed as the Minister of Social Development and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh.
On the same day, the President approved a government decision to relieve Armen Mangasaryan from the position of the Chairman of the Committee on Housing Affairs. The duties of the Chairman of the Committee on Housing Affairs have been temporarily assigned to the Deputy Chairman Inna Ishkhanyan.
