Kadyrov Announces Second Phase of 'Retribution' Operation in Ukraine

Ramzan Kadyrov has announced the second phase of the 'Retribution' operation. This was reported by Говорит Москва.

He specifically noted that the second phase of the operation will be more brutal. At the end of October, Kadyrov stated that during a special operation in Ukraine, Chechen battalions and Akhmat special forces carried out a specific operation called 'Retribution.'

Along the Mykolaiv-Kryvyi Rih direction, 657 Ukrainian armed forces personnel have been eliminated, and more than 300 have been wounded.
