International Red Cross Visits Armenians Held in Baku in December
The last visit of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to the Armenians held in Azerbaijan took place in December.
They were given the opportunity to make telephone calls, exchange Red Cross messages, and send recorded messages to their relatives, stated Zara Amatuni, head of the communication programs of the ICRC Armenia office, to 24News.
