Azerbaijani Minister Claims Armenia Must Return 8 Villages

Armenia must "return" 8 villages to Azerbaijan, stated Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

"The process of border delimitation, however complicated it may be, must take place through negotiations, alongside a legal review of all relevant documents. We must move forward step by step. In this context arises the issue of the 8 villages, where Azerbaijanis have lived for 'centuries'. Therefore, these villages should be 'returned' to Azerbaijan," Bayramov said during a press conference.
