Body of 34-Year-Old Woman Found with Throat Slit

On December 25, a brutal murder occurred in the Lori region. Around 09:00, the operational management center of the Lori regional police received a report that a murder had taken place in one of the houses on Fidaini Street in Vanadzor. This was reported by shamshyan.com.

The police found the body of a woman with a slit throat inside a closed gazebo in the yard of one of the houses on the specified street. Following the incident, an investigative group was established by S. Mkrtchyan’s decision, led by A. Galstyan, and a criminal case was initiated based on the characteristics of the murder. A forensic examination of the body has been appointed.

The police and investigators have identified the victim as 34-year-old Tsoline M., a resident of the specified address.

Several citizens gathered at the scene, who refused to speak in front of the camera, reported to a photojournalist, “Early in the morning, several police cars came to our street, stopped near Onik’s house, and suddenly we saw that the police entered the house and shortly after, took Onik away. We have also heard that the police and investigators found a kitchen knife with blood on it. It seems that the police and investigators have probably identified the person who killed Tsoline, and it is her husband. We do not know what the cause was; the police and investigators will probably clarify that.”

It has been reported that the suspect is 38-year-old Onik M., a resident of the Lori region, who has been transferred to the Taroni division of the police, from where he was presented to the Lori regional investigative department, where he was arrested as a suspect.
