Peskov Discusses Possible Resolution of Russian-Ukrainian Conflict

Any conflict is resolved at the negotiating table, while in the situation concerning Ukraine, it primarily relates to the end of the special military operation after achieving its objectives. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin had remarked that all armed conflicts end in negotiations, and the sooner Kyiv understands this, the better.

“Any conflict ends at the negotiating table, this has been said many times, but of course, it primarily concerns the prompt conclusion of the special military operation, achieving the objectives set by the Russian Federation,” Peskov told reporters.

It is noteworthy that on the early morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the decision to carry out a special military operation against Ukraine, following requests for assistance from the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) and the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Combat operations in Ukraine have been ongoing for the 301st day now.
