Putin's Statement on Negotiations with Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia has not renounced negotiations with Ukraine. According to Kp.ru, the resumption of the negotiation process depends on Kyiv.

“All conflicts, all armed conflicts end through diplomatic means. We have not given up; the leadership of Ukraine has restricted itself. It seems strange. But, sooner or later, any side comes to the table and makes agreements. The sooner this awareness reaches those who oppose us, the better. We have not renounced this,” Putin said during a press conference.
