Biden's Speech: 'We Will Do Everything So This Guy Does Not Win'
The war between Ukraine and Russia will not pass without negotiations with Vladimir Putin, believes U.S. President Joe Biden. He stated this during a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Washington.
Biden emphasized that dialogue remains the foundation of international politics. "All politics is personal; it's about looking someone in the eye," said the U.S. president. "Nothing will replace sitting face to face and looking someone in the eye, whether they are a friend or an enemy," Ukrainian media quoted Biden's words.
Despite his willingness to engage in dialogue with Putin, Biden is confident that Russia is losing the war. The U.S. president views Russia's attacks on civilian targets as evidence. "Zelensky and I will do everything together to ensure this guy does not win," he added.
