Residents of Artsakh Urged to Conserve Electricity and Fuel

For the third consecutive day, Azerbaijan continues to block the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia. This information was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

Considering that the gas supply from Armenia to Artsakh is also blocked in the Azerbaijani section, and Artsakh is deprived of gas, residents are urged to conserve electricity and fuel.
