Blocking Artsakh is Part of Azerbaijan's Policy to Annihilate Armenians of Artsakh - Tatoyan

Today, I express my unconditional support for Artak Beglaryan, the former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, who has declared a sit-in protest to close the only road connecting Artsakh and Armenia. This was stated by Arman Tatoyan, the former Human Rights Defender of Armenia, on his Facebook page.

"Once again, I reiterate: closing the only road that connects Artsakh to Armenia and blockading Artsakh does not serve any environmental purpose. It is part of Azerbaijan's criminal policy aimed at the annihilation of the Armenian population of Artsakh, an attempt to isolate them from the outside world, and an absolute violation of international norms to suppress the legitimate right of the Armenians of Artsakh to self-determination," he wrote.
