International Community Displays Unacceptable Indifference, Tovmasyan on Blockade of Artsakh
Chairperson of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, independent member Taguhi Tovmasyan writes:
“The blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan poses a threat to the lives of several patients at the medical center in Stepanakert, and urgent transfer to Yerevan is necessary. Azerbaijan continues to implement its criminal policy of blockade against Artsakh, while the international community is displaying unacceptable indifference.
Urgent actions are needed from international institutions. Do not remain silent, take punitive measures; the right to life of the people of Artsakh is under serious threat. The people of Artsakh have the right to live safely and freely in their homeland.”
