Motion Filed to Extend Judge Arusyak Aleksanyan's Detention
A motion has been filed in court to extend the detention of Yerevan first-instance court judge Arusyak Aleksanyan.
This information was confirmed in a conversation with Tert.am by her defense attorney, Yerem Sargsyan.
It is noteworthy that Judge Arusyak Aleksanyan was arrested on October 19 on charges of abuse of official authority. In connection with the same case, attorney Erik Aleksanyan was also detained on October 21 for allegedly supporting Judge Aleksanyan.
