A Man Commits Suicide by Detonating a Grenade in Tatev Community

A resident of the Shinuhray area in the Tatev community of Syunik Province has committed suicide by detonating a grenade. This was reported to 24News by Zardand Gabrielian, head of the public relations and information department of the RA Police.

On December 11, at 10:05 AM, an emergency call was received from the 'Goris B/K' LLC ambulance station, stating that they had been dispatched to the village of Shinuhray in Syunik Province to provide medical assistance to a 57-year-old man injured from a grenade explosion; however, he was found dead. The responding investigative team has determined that around 9:40 AM, the man committed suicide by detonating the grenade in the village of Shinuhray. Relevant documents have been forwarded to the Goris investigative division,” Gabrielian stated. The man was from Shinuhray.
