VIDEO: Barricades, Air Alerts In Kosovo As Tensions Rise Again

The situation along the border between Kosovo and Serbia is heating up once again. Barricades have been erected in northern Kosovo following the detention of Dejan Pantic, a former police officer from the unrecognized republic, Russian media report.

Additionally, an air alert has been declared in Kosovska Mitrovica. According to RIA Novosti, earlier, Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, the Russian ambassador to Serbia, stated that Kosovo authorities are increasing the military presence in the northern region where Serbs reside.

The situation remains concerning.
