Aparan Will Not Be Decorated This Year: Here’s Why

The Aparan municipality has announced that the city will not have festive decorations this year.

"In recent years, the city of Aparan has pleasantly surprised both the residents of the community and visitors with its holiday adornments. However, following the events of September 2022 and the loss of military personnel from the Aparan community due to the war, the municipality finds it inappropriate to decorate the city and give it a festive look. Nevertheless, in order not to disrupt the festive spirit of the children, children's holiday events are planned to take place."
