Surik Papikyan Has Departed for Russia
Defense Minister Surik Papikyan has traveled to the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
“The delegation led by Defense Minister Surik Papikyan has made a working visit to the Russian Federation,” the statement said.
Earlier, Papikyan stated on Public TV that the border situation had not changed over the past year.
“I assess the border situation as tense,” he said.
