Snow, Fog, and Black Ice: Some Roads Impassable

The Road Department Foundation reports that as of December 7 at 7:30 PM, the Stepanavan curves and the Satan Bridge to Tatev road section are impassable for vehicles with trailers.

Snow is falling in the regions of Talin, Vardenis, and Hrazdan, as well as in the Saravan mountain pass. Fog has settled in the Tavush region, reducing visibility to 70-100 meters. There are patches of black ice on the roads in the Hrazdan region.

Other interstate and national highways remain open.
