Pele, the three-time FIFA World Cup champion, currently hospitalized, reached out to the Brazil national team players ahead of their Round of 16 match against South Korea.

"Back in 1958, I was walking down the street thinking about how to keep the promise I made to my father. I know many of you have made similar promises on your journey to bring home your first gold at the World Cup. I will be watching the game from the hospital and supporting all of you," the legendary footballer tweeted.
