Upper Limit on Russian Oil Prices Agreed Upon
The European Union has agreed on an upper limit for Russian oil prices set at $60 per barrel. Starting from January 15, it will be periodically reviewed based on fluctuations in oil prices.
It has been noted that the price must be at least 5% lower than the current price of Russian oil in global markets. The decision is expected to be confirmed by the EU Council, with an announcement anticipated today.
