Russia Expects Temperatures to Drop to -8 to -10 Degrees Celsius, Says Podolyak
The Russian Federation may launch new strikes against Ukraine as cold weather sets in. This was stated by Mikhail Podolyak, the chief advisor to the President of Ukraine.
Podolyak noted that Russia is anticipating temperatures dropping to between -8 and -10 degrees Celsius, which could enable them to deliver more impactful strikes and freeze as many Ukrainians as possible. He added that, in this scenario, the main targets might not be energy sources but heating systems.
