VIDEO: “I said that Robert Kocharian should be used as a 'bulldozer'” – Aghazaryan on lessons learned from the past

During a special parliament session, KP member Hovik Aghazaryan responded to Gegham Manukyan from the ‘Armenia’ faction, who mentioned Aghazaryan among the transitory MPs. Aghazaryan stated, “I have not deviated from my line back then and now... When Robert Kocharian became Prime Minister of Armenia, I was very happy at that time because I knew him before. During a session, I even commented, forgive me, ‘You should use Robert Kocharian as a 'bulldozer' to overthrow Levon Ter-Petrosyan's regime.’ We used him, we overthrew, but then we went down a worse path. Kocharian falsified the elections and as a result of those falsifications, we faced the losses we currently have.”
