VIDEO: Representatives of the Kurdish Community in Armenia Burn Erdoğan's Photo in Front of the UN Building

Representatives of the Kurdish community in Armenia held a protest in front of the UN office against Turkish aggression.

“We witnessed Turkish authorities declaring that the Kurdistan Workers' Party and Syrian Kurds are responsible for the explosion in Istanbul. Erdoğan stated that they must attack the Kurds to eliminate them, supposedly to combat terrorism, but the most powerful terrorist is the Turkish government,” they stated.

As a sign of protest, participants burned Erdoğan's photo and displayed banners featuring the Turkish flag. They also handed over a letter to a representative of the organization.

Previously, Turkish authorities announced that the Kurdistan Workers' Party and the Kurdish People's Protection Units were behind the explosion that occurred in Istanbul on November 13. Since November 20, Turkish armed forces have been striking positions of Kurdish formations in northern Syria and Iraq, resulting in casualties among civilians.
