6 Goals and a Draw: The Dramatic Match Between Serbia and Cameroon

The 8th match day of the World Cup 2022 kicked off with a phenomenal encounter. In the second round of Group G, the national teams of Cameroon and Serbia faced off, and the match ended in a dramatic draw, 3-3.

In the 29th minute of the match, Castelletto put the Cameroonians ahead, but during added time in the first half, Pavlovic and Milinkovic-Savic turned the advantage in favor of the Serbs. In the 53rd minute, Mitrovic also increased the lead.

However, within three minutes, the Cameroon team equalized the score: Aboubakar scored the second goal in the 63rd minute, and Choupo-Moting found the net for the third in the 66th minute. Thus, both the national teams of Cameroon and Serbia earned their first point.
