A mass brawl occurred during the match between "Spartak" and "Zenit," two key competitors in the Russian Cup, as reported by RTVI.

The skirmish began with a conflict between Quincy Promes from "Spartak" and Wilmar Barrios from "Zenit," after which their teammates enthusiastically joined the fray. As a result, the referee sent off three players from each team.

The main time of the match ended in a goalless draw, followed by a penalty shootout where "Zenit" performed stronger. However, this did not prevent the Moscow team from taking first place in their group and advancing to the playoffs in the top position.
