22-year-old mother fed her 28-day-old daughter, found the baby dead in the crib 2 minutes later

A tragic incident occurred on November 23 in the Gegharkunik region. At around 05:50, the Sevan police received a report from the "Sevan" medical center that the body of a child had been brought in lifeless.

According to shamshyan.com, the 22-year-old mother of the child stated that on the same day at approximately 04:30, she had fed her baby and then laid her down in the crib. Just 2 minutes later, she noticed that the child was motionless, frothing at the mouth, and soon realized that the baby had died.

Following the investigator's order, a forensic examination has been appointed. Auroranews is attempting to contact the Armenian Police for further details regarding the incident.
