Erdogan Considers Possible Meeting with Syrian President

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has deemed a meeting with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad possible. This was reported by the Turkish Anadolu news agency.

During a meeting with the parliamentary group of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) in Turkey, Erdogan stated that he could meet with Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad.

"A meeting with Assad is possible; there should be no grievances in politics. As a result, we will take steps in accordance with the existing conditions," he said.
