Condition of the Man Who Set Himself on Fire in Gyumri

A man who set himself on fire in Gyumri has been diagnosed with burns on his head, chest, neck, and both arms. This information was provided to NEWS.am by the Gyumri Medical Center.

The individual has been transferred to the intensive care unit for inpatient treatment.

As it became known earlier today, the man had climbed a fir tree in the Theater Square in Gyumri and attempted to commit suicide by jumping down. However, he was rescued by firefighters, after which he set himself on fire.
