Photos: Plane Transporting Dogs Makes Emergency Landing in the U.S.

A plane made an emergency landing in a snow-covered golf course near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Three people and 53 dogs were onboard, all of whom sustained minor injuries, as reported by The Washington Post.

According to the publication, the dogs were being transported from New Orleans, Louisiana, to a shelter in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Several staff members at the golf club witnessed the plane flying between trees before it veered several meters across the golf course and only came to a stop after crashing into a tree. The cause of the accident remains unknown.
