Pashinyan's Office Building Undergoes Expensive Renovation

The administrative building of the Prime Minister's Office is being renovated once again, but during the renovation, it has been decided to increase the initial contract price, meaning that more funds will be spent from the state budget to improve the building conditions of the Prime Minister's Office.

The Prime Minister's Office had signed a contract worth 38 million 790 thousand drams with "Sam-Projekt" LLC, which was to carry out the renovations of the workplaces of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, Bagrat Badalyan, and Taron Chakhoyan. This was reported by Hraparak.am.

The contract was signed on September 1, and according to the agreement, construction work was to commence on the date the contract came into force and to be completed 100 working days afterward.

However, on November 16, an additional agreement was signed with the company, which increased the amount and set the completion deadline for December 25. The price of the contract with the company has been set at 51 million 347 thousand drams, instead of the previous 38 million 790 thousand.
