Artsakh Authorities Ready for Negotiations with Azerbaijani Authorities: Artak Beglaryan

The former State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh and current advisor to the State Minister, Artak Beglaryan, announced on his Twitter account that the Artsakh authorities are ready for negotiations with the Azerbaijani authorities. However, it is crucial that the topics and international format are determined in advance.

“The representative of Artsakh should be appointed solely by our authorities. We have communications with each other, but only for humanitarian mutual needs,” Beglaryan wrote on Twitter.
