Photos: Azerbaijanis Open Fire at Citizen Working in Field, Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs

On November 18, at 12:15 PM, Igor Abrahamyan, a 43-year-old resident of the village of Hatsi, reported to the Martuni District Police Department that while carrying out agricultural work with a Belarus tractor in the area known as "Kaghniun Tak," shots were fired at him from an adjacent Azerbaijani military position. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.

Due to the violation of the ceasefire regime, the work was halted. The tractor's tire and rim were damaged. There are no casualties among civilians.

The investigation is being conducted by the Martuni District Police Department. Materials are being prepared for submission to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
