VIDEO: The 'I Am' Program is Naturally Coming to an End as We Have No Beneficiaries, Says Papikyan

The meeting of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly of Armenia has convened. Member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction, Vilen Gabrielyan, posed several questions to Defense Minister Suren Papikyan.

“The 'I Am' program is essentially already coming to a natural end because we have no beneficiaries. We have 2 beneficiaries who are finishing. This emphasis has been made for 2 reasons,” noted Papikyan, providing further details.
