Twitter to Stop Indicating the Device Used for Posts
Twitter will stop indicating the device used for posts. Space X and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has announced that Twitter will cease to mention the device from which a post is made. The entrepreneur called it a waste of screen space and computing power, according to ТАSS.
“We will finally stop indicating what device a tweet was made from (a waste of screen space and computing power) below each tweet,” Musk wrote.
On October 27, Elon Musk finalized a $44 billion deal to acquire Twitter, which owns the eponymous social network.
According to documents filed in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission database on October 31, the billionaire plans to dissolve the board of directors.
Immediately after the acquisition of the company, Musk removed several members of the management, and some time later cut positions by nearly half.
