Podolyak Says Under What Conditions Negotiations with Russia Will Begin

The Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, has spoken about the negotiations with Russia.

“Kyiv will consider the other side as a partner if it agrees to negotiate based on the preconditions set by Ukraine. The key factors are the preconditions, not who accepts them,” said Podolyak.

It has been noted that the Ukrainian side would agree to negotiate under the conditions of restoring territorial integrity, compensating for damages caused to the country, and holding military criminals accountable.
