VIDEO: How long will this lawlessness continue? Former council member raises alarm

Former member of the Yerevan City Council's "My Step" faction, Ovsanna Hovsepyan, has shared a video on her Facebook page, writing:

“What happened to that sour law? Why can't we hold accountable those who exploit animals? How many authorities need to change for this issue to be addressed? How long can this lawlessness, this atmosphere of impunity, continue? Is there no compassionate MP among all of them? Why was that law shelved, and who are you waiting for? Are you waiting for this atmosphere of impunity and lawlessness to lead to vigilantism? Should there be a shocking situation for the shelved project to be brought back?”

Hovsepyan has attached a video to her post, reportedly filmed earlier this summer in Yerevan.
