Video: Footage Released from Burning Polygon Cafe in Kostroma

Footage has been released on social media showing the interior of the Polygon cafe in Kostroma, where a fire has resulted in 13 fatalities.

Recall that the incident occurred last night when a major fire broke out at the Polygon cafe. About 250 people were evacuated from the building.

The regional prosecutor's office reported that the likely cause of the fire could have been the organization of fireworks by one of the cafe's visitors.

Later, the man responsible for the incident was identified and arrested. It has been noted that he was married and had two young children.
