Who Disrupted the Meeting Between Iranian and Ukrainian Experts? Iran's Foreign Minister Comments

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has placed the responsibility for the disruption of a meeting between Iranian and Ukrainian experts regarding Tehran's arms supply to Moscow squarely on Kyiv.

"We had agreed with Ukraine's foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, that if he has any documented confirmation regarding the use of Iranian drones by Russia against Ukraine, he should provide them. We were supposed to hold a meeting two weeks ago in one of the European countries. Our delegation traveled, but unfortunately, after waiting for 90 minutes, the Ukrainian delegation did not arrive," Amir-Abdollahian said, according to Tasnim.

Earlier, Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani had denied the information published in U.S. media regarding the supply of Iranian weapons to Russia and their use in military operations in Ukraine. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova also stated that the issue of Russia purchasing military drones from Iran was artificially floated in American media.
