“The Dirty Ones Are the Heads Sitting in Moscow”: Zelensky

Approximately 4.5 million Ukrainians, over 10 percent of the pre-war population, have been left without electricity due to Russian missile strikes. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in a nighttime video address.

“Now it is one of our national responsibilities to withstand the energy terrorism of the Russians and overcome this trial,” the president said.

According to him, the power supply in the capital city of Kyiv and 10 other regions of the country has been disrupted due to Russian attacks. Zelensky urged residents and local authorities to conserve electricity as much as possible.

He praised the conclusion published after inspections by experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency, which found no evidence of a “dirty bomb” being created in Ukraine’s nuclear facilities.

“Ukraine does not possess a ‘dirty bomb’; the only dirty thing in our region are the heads sitting in Moscow who have seized state power in Russia and are terrorizing Ukraine and the entire world,” Zelensky said.
