Next week, discussions will take place in the Federation Council of Russia regarding the establishment of a negotiating group for conducting trilateral interparliamentary dialogue with Armenia and Azerbaijan. Earlier, the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan signed a joint statement in Sochi, emphasizing the importance of creating a positive atmosphere between Yerevan and Baku for continuing dialogue with Russian support.
“Next week, the Federation Council will discuss the establishment of a negotiating group for conducting trilateral interparliamentary dialogue with Armenian and Azerbaijani legislators,” the source stated.
According to the information, the trilateral meeting “could take place soon, and it is not ruled out that it will be in November,” but the venue has not yet been determined.
