Details on the Criminal Case Against Mikael Arzumanyan

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports: According to information from the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, a series of confrontations have begun in the criminal proceedings initiated against Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan.

The investigative body is inviting commanders of the Artsakh Defense Army and other individuals for questioning and confrontations with the former commander of the Defense Army.

It is important to note that confrontations are typically conducted when discrepancies arise in the testimonies of individuals involved in the criminal proceedings. This is why the investigator has seated Mikael Arzumanyan and other persons involved in the case face to face and posed specific questions.

Mikael Arzumanyan was arrested on September 1 and has remained in custody since. It is noteworthy that before charges were brought against him, MP Seyran Ohanyan, head of the "Hayastan" faction, was also questioned as a witness.

In a conversation with the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, Seyran Ohanyan confirmed this information.
