Video: There Are No Stones in the Land of Stones in Armenia – Pashinyan
There are no stones in the land of stones in Armenia. This was stated today by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly, addressing the situation in the construction materials market.
“When we want to increase the use of local stones in government programs, which addresses both quality and economic issues, it turns out that there are no stones in the land of stones in Armenia,” Pashinyan said.
According to him, the problem arose from the time when Armenia's mines were divided among each other and intertwined. He noted that regardless of how much the current government is trying to combat such phenomena, the consequences of problems that arose years ago remain unresolved to this day.
