North Korea Fires Up to 10 Missiles Towards South Korea
North Korea has launched at least three different types of missiles towards the Sea of Japan and the Yellow Sea. This was reported by TASS, referencing the Yonhap news agency.
It was noted that the missiles landed very close to the territorial waters of South Korea, approximately 57 kilometers from the city of Sokcho.
The coastal guard is warning of the danger of vessels colliding with missile debris.
Following the reports of missile launches by the DPRK, Japan convened its National Security Council.
According to some reports, the number of missiles launched could reach 10.
As reported by TASS, citing Reuters, South Korea has fired “air-to-ground” missiles in response to North Korea's actions.
